Chapter 137 Nightmare Crisis (2)

The library in the side building of Canterlot Royal Castle, Twilight Sparkle's former residence, Stars followed Twilight Sparkle in and found it dusty inside. After turning on the lights, she discovered that the books on top were covered with dust.

After Twilight Sparkle walked up the stairs, she blew away the dust on the book and spoke to the stars behind her.

"Look, this is the book I was reading when I left. It predicts the coming of Nightmare Moon."

After hearing this, Qunxing Huanghuang raised his eyes from the gift box in Spike's hand and said to Twilight Sparkle.

"I saw you haven't come back for a long time."

"Yeah, why did I just leave like that?"

Seeing Twilight Sparkle's depressed look, Spike walked up to her and comforted her.

"Don't be sad, Twilight Sparkle. This is a mission assigned to you by Princess Celestial. You did nothing wrong."

"I know, but I was a mess when I left and so were my friends, so I have to make it up to them."

Spike then named the four ponies, and Twilight Sparkle decided to check where they were, while Starlight looked around, dusted off a few books, and curled up for a good night's sleep.

"Oh!"

"Sorry, Stars, the book under your hoof is exactly what I'm looking for. Oh, and this one, too."

The next day, Twilight Sparkle put on her backpack, woke up Spike and went out. Her first stop was Minnity's house. Standing in front of the door, Twilight Sparkle looked a little nervous. Suddenly, the door opened and Minnity came out. When she saw Twilight Sparkle, she walked towards her with excitement.

"Twilight Sparkle, what brings you here? Spike, here are your wings. Please take a picture of me and the princess. I told my colleagues that I know Twilight Sparkle and that we are friends, but they didn't believe me. But that's what I said."

After the camera shutter sounds ended, Minnity quickly called Twilight Sparkle to go check on her other two friends. Just like that, four ponies and a dragon were sitting in the donut shop chatting happily.
